MSFWATCH Product After-Sales Service

MSFWATCH offers after-sales services for its products. If you need a product repaired, you can contact our customer service or bring the product to our after-sales address. You will be responsible for arranging the delivery of the product and covering the shipping and repair costs.

Scope of Repair

1.1 For repairs of products under warranty, original product information (clearly indicating the purchase date and model) must be presented for MSFWatch to accept the repair under warranty.

1.2 If you request MSFWatch to repair any product with damage not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, MSFWatch may charge repair and/or parts costs at a reasonable price. For example, damages caused by malicious intent or user error will be evaluated by our experts for a fair assessment.

1.3 Comprehensive repairs do not include polishing or parts replacement. If you require polishing and/or parts replacement, MSFWatch may charge for these services and/or parts.

Quotation

2.1 If the repair is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, MSFWatch will send you a repair/service quote (including GST) via WhatsApp and/or email. The quote is valid for two weeks only.

2.2 Acceptance of the quote must be confirmed via WhatsApp and/or email. MSFWatch will only proceed with the repair/service after the quote has been accepted.

2.3 Payment for MSFWatch’s repair and/or delivery services must be made in full before the product is collected or delivered.

Product Collection

Once the product is ready for collection, MSFWatch will notify you via WhatsApp and/or email ("Collection Notice").

3.1 You must pay in full for MSFWatch’s inspection and/or repair services.

3.2 We will provide photos and/or videos showing the condition of the repaired product. Please confirm the repair status before requesting product collection or return shipping. Once you confirm satisfaction and request collection/shipping, it is assumed that you are satisfied with the product condition.

International Shipping

4.1 If you reside overseas, MSFWatch can arrange for the product to be delivered to your specified address upon request.

If you have purchased shipping insurance (contact customer service for a quote) and, for any reason, do not receive the package (e.g., customs seizure, lost package), after providing relevant proof, we will resend all items in your order, and you will only need to pay for the shipping. We will also cover any customs duties or import fees.

If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you assume all risks related to delivery, and MSFWatch will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product.

Once the product is ready for shipping, MSFWatch will notify you via email ("Shipping Notice").

4.2 If the product is under warranty, MSFWatch will cover the shipping cost to your specified address.

4.3 If the product is out of warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to your specified address.

MSFWatch will not be liable for failure to deliver, delayed delivery, or any damage or defects caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters).

Please note that replaced parts will not be returned to you.
